Job Description
Assist in monitoring incoming messages on a specialized network. Assist in the reception, processing and distribution of data including Geo Information and surveyed data. Assist in distribution of data and the generation of statistical reports to both national and international agencies. Provide support for the officer on duty in the discharge of his/her duties. Perform any other duties that may be assigned by a superior
Requirement(s)
Possess a minimum of Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University with background in Geographic Information Systems (covering areas such as Cartography, Surveying, and/or Spatial Data Management), Computer Science, Engineering (preferably Aerospace, Geodetic, Geomatics, Computer Information Technology/Information Systems. Knowledge in French is an added advantage. One (1) year post National Service experience in the above fields. Applicants for selection shall pass an aptitude test(s) and oral interview(s)
