Receptionist (A Movie House)
Job Description
Highly experienced teacher. High Moral standard. Competent in the GES and Montessori Learning Curriculum. Teamwork, good interpersonal relationships, etc will be an advantage. Minimum qualification SSSCE/WASSCE, Diploma and Degree Welcome and assist customers with bookings and inquiries. Manage reservations, walk-ins, and payment transactions. Provide information about movie options, pricing, and available services. Maintain a clean and organized reception, theatres and all working areas. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary. Monitor and coordinate movie room schedules. Assist with basic administrative tasks, including record-keeping.
Requirement(s)
Must live in or around Asylum Down or Adjiringanor. Qualification: SHS certificate or equivalent. Previous experience in customer service is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills for handling reservations and transactions. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Must be available for either day shift or night shift.
