Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of our HR functions in our trading and general goods business. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and driving digital transformation within the HR department. This position requires a dynamic leader who can implement best practices in HR management while aligning with the company’s strategic objectives.
Requirement(s)
A degree or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on HR management in the trading or related industries. Strong digital and technology experience, with the ability to utilize HR software and other technological tools to enhance HR functions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization. In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
