Job Description

Regularly review and update tool inventory on a quarterly basis to maintain compliance with the company's calibration and tool replacement protocols, and always maintain an accurate tool inventory list. Provide technical support in the form of troubleshooting either by phone or on-site, focusing on accurate and detailed problem-solving. Supply parts information in the form of suggested stocking guides. Provide warranty support; evaluate and validate claims, discuss issues with the Product Company, and submit service reports to support claims. Complete daily work assignments as requested by the Customer. Use analytical skills to thoroughly troubleshoot, identify problems, and complete the repair of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems either by phone or on-site. Understand the Company's warranty policy and take initiative in processing warranty claim reports in the field. Understand and adhere to Company safety and environmental requirements, including promoting and practicing proper safety procedures and the correct use of PPE. Safety is our first priority. Work sustainably, being conscious of the environmental impact. Always maintain a courteous and professional demeanour and communication with customers and internal staff.

Requirement(s)

Mincom Certificate is required. **Completion of TL1 and TL2 training within the first three months of employment is mandatory. **Completion of Safe Start Modules 1-5 within the first year of employment is required.
