Job Description
Ensure machine fluid condition monitoring systems are functional and appropriately used Ensure CAT wear management tools and systems are functional and appropriately used to support machine reliability Continuously monitor and report on Haul road and in pit floor conditions using appropriate business tools Provide leadership for conducing field, Pre PM and quality control machine inspections Proactively reporting on machine health problems and advising the maintenance team on repair before failure Capture post maintenance inspection findings and liaise with backlog team to maintain record of machine defects Provide leadership in the use of on-board and off-board vital information management system (VIMS) and Electronic Technician (ET) as well as other health reporting tools Assist engineers in troubleshooting using condition monitoring tools
Requirement(s)
Minimum of HND Engineering (Mech/Electrical/Agric) or MVT III Minimum of 4 years post qualification experience in Mining, Engineering or Construction Skills/Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent technical skill and good time management skills Good IT skills Demonstrate good understanding in the use of Service Information System (SIS), Service (CTS) and Vision link Should have a driving license B or Higher
