In this Customer Service Specialist – CFS position Support administration of Customer Services Process Management processes and activities that can be measured and managed against customer expectations and are in line with business strategy and objectives, Group guidelines and policies Support general admin tasks particularly in customer services, sales and marketing to integrate customer service plans and initiatives Under supervision support delivery of operational plans, measures to achieve defined results; operational plan includes customer order processing, shipping, returns, expected delivery dates, inquiries, and complaints
