Personal Assistant to the CEO
Job Description
Proactively manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required. Maintain the CEO's office space, ensuring it is organized and well-stocked. Track and submit expense reports for the CEO in a timely manner. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and calls. Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Ensure all travel plans align with schedules and preferences. Handle personal errands and tasks, such as organizing events or managing household needs. Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all matters. Assist in managing special projects and deadlines, ensuring timely completion. Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making. Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Build and maintain positive relationships on behalf of the executive. Collaborate with other team members to achieve organizational objectives. Any other duties as assigned by the CEO.
