Job Description
This is a contract Medical Director role at Bengali Hospital. The Medical Director will oversee medical operations, collaborating with physicians generalists, and specialists ensuring quality care for patients. This role is an on-site position located in the Tema Metropolitan District.
Requirement(s)
Experience in Medicine and collaborating with and leading Physicians and other health professionals such as nurses, midwives, etc. Leading medical Specialists in OBGYN, Eyecare, Pediatrician, etc. Strong Clinical Leadership and Management skills. Excellent communication, Decision Making, Risk and Crisis Management skills, Interpersonal skills Great Decision-Making, Risk, and Crisis Management Skills. Medical degree and board certification. Prior experience in an Executive Leadership/Senior Management team in a hospital setting. Preferably 5-20+ years of medical experience. A recently retired medical doctor (general practitioner or specialist) with clinical leadership experience is a plus. Good standing with Ghana Medical and Dental Council and other regulatory bodies. Ghana Medical License in good standing and current.
