Business Development Manager
Job Description
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with overall goals. Set individual and team targets, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback on sales performance with team members. Identify and secure new business opportunities in the livestock farming sector. Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, including farmers, investors, and agricultural businesses.
Requirement(s)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field (required). Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development or sales management, preferably within the agricultural sector. Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve ambitious sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and coaching abilities. A deep understanding of the livestock farming industry and its current challenges is a plus Experience in developing and implementing successful business development strategies. Proficient in Google Suite (Google docs, Google sheets, Google slides). A passion for the agriculture industry and a desire to make a positive impact.
