Job Description
Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to align with business objectives. Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective HR service delivery. Foster positive employee relations, promoting a culture of engagement, diversity, and inclusion. Design and implement talent management programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent. Drive organizational change and development initiatives to enhance business performance. Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions. Recruitment and induction training to prepare employees for roles.
Requirement(s)
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry. Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies. Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to drive change and innovation in a fast-paced environment
