Requirement(s)
First Degree in Human Resource Management/ Social Sciences or a related field of study. Experience: 3 years’ relevant HR experience in HR practice. Professional/Technical competencies: Survey Administration Stakeholder Management Survey Reporting Ability to interpret company policies and practices. Interpersonal relations Communication and reporting skills Attention to details. Analytical abilities Organization and planning Influencing and Persuasion skills MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and PowerBi
