Job Description
ssist passengers with reservations, ticketing, and flight schedule inquiries. Inform passengers of flight delays, cancellations, and gate changes. Provide exceptional customer service to passengers and address their concerns. Assist passengers with special needs, including helping those needing wheelchair assistance. Handle cash and credit transactions for ticket purchases and airline fees. Adhere to all airline and airport regulations and guidelines for safety and security.
Requirement(s)
High school diploma or equivalent With 3 years or more of experience in the airline industry. Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure. Proficient in relevant computer applications and airline reservation systems. Excellent attention to detail. Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Basic Computer Skills(Proficient in MS suite).
