CEREBRAL AGENCY LIMITED is recruiting a Customer Service Manager to lead and optimize the customer service team and ensure that the company provides high-quality, professional support and service to its customers. Lead and manage the customer service team to ensure the team runs efficiently. Handle customer complaints and complex service requests and provide timely solutions. Monitor customer satisfaction and conduct regular customer feedback surveys. Develop and optimize customer service processes and policies.
Requirement(s)
1-2 years of customer service management experience, preferably IT industry background. Good leadership and team management experience. Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills. Able to handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
