An established business is looking for a Male IT professional and Retail admin.
Requirement(s)
A proficient IT professional : Providing technical support to users for both hardware and software Trouble shooting hardware issues and software issues with support from software vendor Expedite the repair of hardware and software configuration problems Monitor system performance ensuring issues are appropriately resolved Monitor inventory of outlets and lead planned stock taking and reconciliation activities Generate performance reports for stocks Update and transfer inventory to appropriate locations Review and evaluate data appropriately Must be cyber security conscious Possess excellent communications skills both verbal and written Must be customer focus Team player ready to support team in achieving excellent customer service Role requires travel outside of Accra.
