Join Our Team as a Product Specialist – Underground (UMR) Are you passionate about making an impact in underground mining? At Epiroc, we’re looking for a dedicated Product Specialist to deliver top-tier technical support, foster meaningful customer relationships, and ensure the highest standards of safety and service quality. What You’ll Be Doing: Provide expert technical service and maintenance for underground equipment. Support the commissioning of new machinery and ensure smooth operations. Conduct training programs for operators and technicians to build their skills. Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver effective solutions. Advocate for safety compliance and environmental protection measures. Build lasting relationships with customers to drive exceptional service. Perform equipment audits and communicate findings with customers. What You Bring to the Role: Strong technical knowledge of underground mining equipment. Proven ability to train and mentor customer teams. Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
Requirement(s)
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. At least 5+ years of relevant experience in equipment maintenance and repair. Excellent oral and written communication abilities, with proficiency in report writing. Commitment to safety compliance and understanding of reliability requirements.
