Multimedia Designer
Job Description
Develop eye-catching visual designs, motion graphics, and animations for digital and traditional media. Create 3D animations, visual effects, and interactive content for commercials, corporate videos, websites, and social media. Conceptualize and execute multimedia campaigns that enhance brand storytelling. Design logos, illustrations, product packaging, website layouts, and marketing materials as needed. Prepare work by gathering materials, researching trends, and defining creative concepts. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and communicate the right message. Think creatively to develop innovative and interactive design solutions within time and budget constraints. Present design concepts and finalized ideas to clients, account managers, or internal stakeholders. Collaborate with copywriters, marketing specialists, web developers, printers, and other designers to ensure high-quality output. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new animation techniques, and emerging design technologies. Proofread work to produce accurate, high-quality designs. Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops, reviewing industry publications, and participating in professional communities.
Requirement(s)
Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Animation, Digital Arts, or a related field. Strong creativity and design sensibility with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in 3D animation software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, Autodesk Maya, or equivalent). Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro). Ability to design engaging social media content, video animations, and motion graphics. Experience with 3D modelling, rigging, texturing, lighting, and rendering. Strong visual storytelling and conceptualization skills. Excellent teamwork, communication, and ability to work methodically under tight deadlines. A portfolio showcasing past work in multimedia design, 3D animation, and motion graphics.
