Requirement(s)
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, talent management, and employee development. Proven experience in handling a wide variety of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
