Job Description
The CVM Programs Manager is responsible for developing and executing data-driven CVM strategies to enhance subscriber engagement, retention, and revenue growth, while also ensuring program performance and continuous optimization. This role leverages advanced analytics, predictive modelling, and customer segmentation to deliver personalized experiences and optimize commercial outcomes across the customer lifecycle. Additionally, will oversee campaign performance tracking and reporting, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and maximize impact.
Requirement(s)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA in Marketing or Business Analytics is a plus. Relevant certifications in Analytics, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Data Science, or AI-driven marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, Python, Tableau, SAS, or Power BI) is a must. Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in CVM or customer analytics roles, with at least 3years in a supervisory capacity.
