Back Sales Officer
Job Description
Acts as the first point of call for all customer orders Check the order (Executes order review (price check, payment, delivery, specifications, terms and conditions) Works with Field Sales Managers to understand and capture customer context and needs Internal communication of customer requirements by way of executing an internal review to make sure all stakeholders (departments) have all information needed to meet or align with customer requirements. (product specifications, lead-time, terms and conditions)
Requirement(s)
QUALIFICATION: HND/Degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance or Supply Chain and Logistics EXPERIENCE: Knowledge in Sales Management, Accounting & Finance and/or Logistics with minimum 4 years experience in similar or supervisory role
