Job Description
Prepare the mise en place and handle food preparation and assist with food presentation as part of the kitchen brigade.
Requirement(s)
HND or Vocational School Certificate in culinary arts or a related field 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef Food Handler's Certificate and HACCP certification preferred Experience in an F&B kitchen role Experience in preparing pizzas and Nigerian dishes Ability to work as part of a team, thrive under pressure in challenging circumstances and come up with proactive, rational solutions Good written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Applying a professional, confidential and ethical approach at all times Working in a safe, prudent and organized manner Ability to operate computer and office equipment Proficiency in Excel and Word is beneficial
