Business Development Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Lead to help shape our growth strategy, secure funding, and build partnerships that align with our mission. In exchange for your contributions, we offer equity ownership (1%–2%) in Clean Pigg AI Lab, giving you a stake in the company’s future. Key Responsibilities · Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy aligned with Clean Pigg’s mission. · Identify and secure funding opportunities, including venture capital, grants, and impact investments. · Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, NGOs, regulatory bodies, and industry leaders. · Conduct market research to identify target industries and customer pain points. · Lead go-to-market strategies for new AI products and services. · Represent Clean Pigg at conferences, pitch events, and networking forums. · Collaborate with technical teams to ensure product offerings meet market needs. Compensation · Equity Ownership : 1%–2% vested over 4 years with a 1-year cliff. · Opportunity to grow with the company and share in its long-term success.
Requirement(s)
Qualifications · 5+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or related roles, preferably in tech startups or AI/ML domains. · Proven track record of securing funding and building strategic alliances. · Strong understanding of AI trends, ethical considerations, and regulatory landscapes. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. · Passion for leveraging technology to solve societal challenges. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
