Job Description
As a Lead Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for post sales support of customer issue. This can include repairs (both returns and field), technical support or a field service or other service request
Requirement(s)
Have at least a technical Diploma Have at least 4 years of relevant work experience with significant experience in technical Support/ post sales support/ project management. Have good experience in Oil & Gas industry with offshore experience. Have experience with wellhead system, subsea production system and drilling system Have sound experience in a client facing role Be a successful written and verbal communicator. Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams. Be able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Have Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Have an effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability. Be able to work both alone and as part of a diverse cultural team.
