Retail Associate
Job Description
Your role as Retail Associate: You will primarily be responsible for providing support and assistance to the Head of Retail / Operations to create an engaging guest experience, drive results, and engage operational processes, including opening and closing of the studio, filing daily, weekly and monthly reports. A typical day in this role will involve supporting customers with their shopping needs, making recommendations, restocking shelves, maintaining a tidy store environment, and working with the team to achieve sales targets.
Requirement(s)
Required Skills or Experience A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Design, Marketing, and other relevant fields. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash. Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Proficiency in MS Office Suites, (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Must be analytical and detail oriented. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
