Job Description

Coordinate, prepare, and serve meals for individuals (staff) visitors etc Provide meals in a small, private setting Must have your own staff to work with Ensure that meals conform to health safety codes and other requirements Train, supervise, and evaluate helpers Ensure kitchen is clean and organized Liaise with clients to ensure payments and account status are accurate Decide what meals to prepare Direct food preparation Execute food orders Handle customer difficulties Preparing and serving food at events. Handling managerial aspects of the business, such as contracts and invoices. Observing and enforcing food safety regulations.

Requirement(s)

Degree in Hospitality Management or Food and Beverage Management or related qualification with at least 5 years of experience in providing catering services BSc degree in Business Administration or a relevant field with at least 5 years of experience in catering services Higher National Diploma (HND) in Catering with at least 5 years of experience in catering services Job experience, knowledge and skills Five years working experience and beyond Advanced knowledge of food preparation and presentation Ability to estimate customer food needs and prepare menus accordingly Ability to manage staff and train new staff Proven experience in a similar role
