Job Description
Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements, reports, and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations. Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting. Ensure timely tax filings and compliance with statutory financial regulations. Maintain and update accounting records, including ledgers and journals. Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits. Implement and improve financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency. Provide financial insights to support management decision-making.
Requirement(s)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus. Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, SAP) and MS Excel. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting standards. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. High level of integrity and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
