Production Manager
Job Description
Your role as Production Manager: You will primarily be responsible for providing support and assistance to the Operations Manager to oversee the production process, ensure efficient and timely completion of orders, manage the production team, monitor inventory and maintain quality standards. You will develop and implement production schedules, and workflows, as well as analyze the production process to identify areas for improvement.
Requirement(s)
Required Skills or Experience A bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or other relevant fields. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervisor role or similar within the fashion/garment industry. Strong experience managing in-house production teams and overseeing the entire production process from pattern cutting to finishing. Experience with Lean Manufacturing or other process improvement methodologies Strong understanding of garment construction techniques, sewing methods, fabric types, and quality standards in apparel manufacturing.
