Guest House Supervisor
Job Description
Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries, ensuring excellent service, quick issue resolution, and accurate record-keeping for a seamless guest experience. Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness standards in rooms and public areas through regular inspections and timely task execution. Assign duties, schedule shifts, and monitor staff performance while providing training to ensure efficient, courteous, and consistent service delivery.
Requirement(s)
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel or guest house operations. Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus. Ability to effectively adapt and work with new and changing situations. Attention to detail, good analytical, interpersonal, time management and problem-solving skills.
