Job Description

Account Management: Opening and maintaining customer accounts, ensuring accurate information and compliance with regulations. Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions. Providing customer service and addressing inquiries related to accounts. Monitoring account activity for suspicious or unusual transactions. Financial Operations: Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate records. Processing payments and ensuring timely transfers. Preparing financial reports and statements. Educational Qualification: Diploma / HND Minimum Experience: At least 2 years & experience Communication: Have excellent speaking, listening, and writing skills Problem-solving: Have strong problem-solving skills Interpersonal: Have strong interpersonal and networking skills Prioritization: Be able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
