Job Description
Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons aligned with the Cambridge IGCSE and A Level Accounting syllabus requirements. Develop engaging lesson plans and teaching materials suited to a range of learning styles and abilities. Ensure comprehensive coverage of key syllabus areas. Incorporate real-world case studies and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) into lessons. Prepare students thoroughly for Cambridge examinations through targeted practice and mock exams Monitor individual progress and provide differentiated support for diverse learners. Organize business simulations and participate in financial literacy programs.
Requirement(s)
Qualification & Experience A Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A postgraduate teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or equivalent) is highly desirable. Prior experience teaching A Level Accounting or equivalent is preferred. Strong understanding of IAS/IFRS standards and accounting principles. Familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum and assessment procedures is a significant advantage. Proficiency in Financial Modelling and Spreadsheet applications. Experience using digital tools and platforms for teaching is desirable.
