We’re looking for a Customer Help Desk Agent to be the friendly voice that supports our clients and keeps our customers happy every day. What You'll Do Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Troubleshoot basic technical and service-related issues Provide timely and accurate information to resolve concerns Log interactions and track issues in the helpdesk system Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction
Requirement(s)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer literacy and ability to work with CRM/helpdesk tools Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks Team player with a proactive mindset Previous customer service or help desk experience is a plus Minimum Diploma/HND/Degree
