Online Sales and Marketing Officer
Job Description
Identify and engage potential customers through various online platforms. Present and sell company products or services to new and existing customers. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services. Track and record activities on accounts and close deals to meet sales targets. Raising brand awareness and online presence through digital marketing projects and campaigns Developing/managing all aspects of the digital marketing campaigns. Developing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website/social media platforms A minimum of Professional Certificate in Communications, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Business Administration, New Media or Public Relations. Proven experience in online sales, marketing, customer service, digital marketing, or related field. Ability to create and manage multiple social media accounts. Familiarity with keyword research and search engine optimization (SEO) Excellent verbal communication skills with a customer service orientation. Ability to build rapport with clients and strong negotiation skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
Requirement(s)
