IT/System Administrator
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT/System Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems, manage network security, and provide technical support to all departments. This role is crucial in enhancing the productivity and technological capabilities of our organization. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networking systems. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly. Ensure data security through regular backups, firewall configurations, and access controls. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in both local and cloud environments. Maintain and update IT documentation, network diagrams, and asset inventories. Collaborate with the IT Manager to implement IT policies and best practices. Support end-users with technical issues and provide training where necessary. Conduct regular system upgrades and maintenance checks. Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection regulations.
Requirement(s)
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT/System Administration. Proficiency in network and server management (Windows/Linux). Hands-on experience with virtualization, firewalls, and cloud solutions. Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) are an advantage.
