Dealer Principal
Job Description
To develop and implement strategic objectives and action plans; aligned to OEM & relevant shareholders strategic priorities across the dealership, to achieve the agreed monthly and annual sales forecasts and profitability targets set for the Dealership. To take accountability for the overall customer experience by ensuring that all operations and interactions throughout the dealership have the customer top of mind, by constantly delivering superior services, monitoring, and enhancing business practices that result in customer satisfaction, brand loyalty and enhanced customer retention. To oversee the implementation and management of the Dealerships advertising/marketing strategy and associated budget to effectively drive sales across all department and ensure a ROI on an ongoing basis. To effectively lead a strong performance culture at the dealership and manage the team to achieve its objectives through efficient resources planning, task/project allocation, people development and on-going operational efficiency to support overall employee wellbeing and the achievement of the strategic objectives.
Requirement(s)
Grade 12/Matric Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Minimum of 5years management experience. 2-5 years previous experience as a Dealer Principal. Knowledge of relevant legislation including automotive industry legislation, POPIA, Health & Safety, LRA, BCEA. Financial Acumen including forecasting and budget management. People Management skills including KPI and other HR applications
