Administrative Secretary/Receptionist
Job Description
Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties Processing, typing, formatting reports and documents Directing internal and external calls and emails to designated recipients Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings and events Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, note-taking and travel bookings Preparing facilities and arranging refreshments for events, if required Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately
Requirement(s)
At least a Highschool Certificate / Diploma Competency in English Knowledge of MS Office software Fast learner and quick thinker
