Job Description

The HR Manager will oversee and support HR/Admin processes across various business units, supervising all HR personnel, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, overseeing talent management, employee relations, performance management and directly recruiting and hiring senior management teams across the group. Key Responsibilities Supervise all HR personnel across the business units Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall objectives of all the business units. Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices. Manage HR budgets, including forecasting, planning, and cost control. Provide HR guidance and support to business leaders across the organization. Design and implement talent management programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent. Directly recruit all key managerial positions in the various business units. Develop and manage succession planning programs to ensure continuity of leadership. Develop all JDs and KPIs for key management positions within the business units. Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure employees are accountable for their performance. Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale, motivation, and productivity. Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of HR records and systems. Identify and mitigate potential HR-related risks to the business. Develop and provide HR metrics and analytics to inform business decisions. Identify trends and insights to drive HR initiatives and programs.

Requirement(s)

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field SHRM, CIHRM, or SPHRi certification. Minimum 8-10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role. Experience working in a management company with diverse business entities. Superior experience in recruitment and hiring will be highly preferred. Knowledge of HR best practices and trends in multiple industries. Proven track record of developing and implementing HR initiatives that drive business results. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities. Proficient in HR systems and software, such, Microsoft Dynamics, BambooHR, or similar platforms.
