Job Description
METSS is a mission-driven not-for-profit entity committed to advancing data-driven development in Ghana. METSS was created to address challenges in the collection, validation, and utilization of development data. It aimed to improve confidence in the quality of data produced by donor-funded projects and government agencies while leveraging the expertise of donor partners and local Ghanaian institutions to enhance research and inform strategic development investments. In 2021, METSS transitioned into a limited-by-guarantee entity to strengthen its role in fostering sustainable development through data-driven operational excellence. We focus on strengthening organizational capacity, enhancing MEL processes, and providing high-quality analytical support to development initiatives. By fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and impact-driven assessment, METSS helps ensure development efforts are sustainable, evidence-based, and yield measurable impact.
Requirement(s)
Qualification of the local firm or individual consultants is contingent on their ability to demonstrate a) registration with the relevant Ghanaian authority; and b) their experience in carrying out assignments in task areas listed above.
