Job Responsibilities Serve as the first line of support, engaging customers through voice calls, email, and chat. Resolve inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally. Provide product and service information, guiding customers to the right solutions. Capture customer feedback and trends to help improve our service delivery. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and follow up on complex issues.

Requirement(s)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work in a fastpaced environment. Proficiency in basic computer applications (CRM knowledge is a plus). A team-player attitude and a drive to go the extra mile.
