Requirement(s)
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Chef with a focus on breakfast, brunch, and continental cuisine. Strong culinary background with formal training. Demonstrated expertise in menu creation, recipe development, and food cost management. Creative mind set with a passion for seasonal ingredients and culinary innovation. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety regulations.
