Job Description
Provide Transportation for Heads and other personnel from Top Archive Deliver payment transfers to the bank and/or the suppliers, conduct cash purchases for office expenditure Facilitate airport pick ups for VIP visitors and transportation during official visits Follow the rules of the department of Transports and maintain ongoing communication with route allocator. Schedule annual vehicle examination for service vehicles with the Transportation Department and apply for the renewal for the vehicle license Determine when and what kind of maintenance the vehicle needs, keep track of general maintenance schedules, especially car tyre condition Ensure sound running of the vehicles assigned and arrange minor repairs where necessary Check oil and tyres properly and keep the service vehicles in clean condition, both inside and outside Keep track of timely car insurance renewals - Update daily mileage records Maintain log book of each service vehicle on daily basis Always Service the vehicle on time to avoid delays Obtain renewal for roadworthy on time.

Route: Ability to understand city routes and to identify fast and safe routes Delivery Time: Ability to calculate the preparation time to deliver the boxes on time Team Player: Ability to maintain a healthy relationship with the customers, colleague staff and vendors Barcode Reader: Ability to operate Top Archive’s barcode reader after training, for efficient route operations Reliability: Readiness to carry out any delivery or pickup tasks. Skilled: Ability to pass company driving test, background check and drug test Multipurpose driver: Should be able to drive all vehicles in the company apart from the truck. Loading: Should be ready to assist loading and offloading of boxes in the warehouse if it is needed Coordinating repair if there is a problem with the vehicle. Should receive the contact of his supervisor for other instruction. Must have a valid driving license Record every occurrence in the car’s mileage book.
