Job Description
Handle customer transactions • Count and package currency and coins • Record all transactions accurately and balance cash drawer at the end of each shift • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate bank services • Respond to customer enquiries and concerns promptly and professionally • Ensure customer information remains confidential and secure • Maintain and balance cash drawers and reconcile discrepancies • Build and maintain customer loyalty by providing excellent customer service • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

2 years professional experience • Strong mathematical skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Good organizational and time management skills • Computer proficiency • HND minimum
