Specialist - Security Investigations
Job Description
As Part Of Our Team You Will: Conduct investigations regarding security breaches, theft, or any suspicious activities within the mining site. Advise on matters related to security investigations by serving as the primary point of contact on security breaches, theft, or any suspicious activities within the mining site. Collaborate with local law enforcement and internal partners to collect evidence, interview witnesses, and prepare comprehensive reports. Implement and maintain secure case management system. Implement and adhere to investigation procedures by matching them with company’s security and legal governance documents, and industry standard methodology. The position is located at our Ahafo South mine site.
Requirement(s)
A Degree or Professional Diploma in a security or criminal related course. A minimum of 10 years experience in government or private investigation institutions. Experience in public security services is preferable. Strong administrative background and functioning knowledge of procurement, budgeting and reporting. Experience in establishing and maintaining an intelligence network. Experienced driver with a minimum Ghana class C driver's license.
