Associates for Change (AFC) is a company specialising in social and economic development research, consulting and evaluations; Based in Ghana working across Africa with a wide range of clients including government’s and development agencies. AFC focuses on policy-based research, monitoring, and evaluations particularly in the field of education, gender, economic and social development. Our vision is to generate policy relevant research and high-quality consulting services in the education and development sectors to influence social change, equity, and reforms in Africa. Requirement(s)
Completed a Ph.D. or MPhil from a recognized University in Social Sciences; preferably in education, economics, sociology, development studies, and other related fields with at least 3 to 5years of research and/or consulting work experience
