JOB PURPOSE In this role, the Medical Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling Reload Products to healthcare institutions and organizations. The role involves the use of in-depth knowledge of Reload products and healthcare industry to build relationships with clients and partners and persuade them to purchase Reload products. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Identify potential clients and organize sales visits. Promote and sell Reload’s products to prospective and existing clients, including hospitals, clinics, doctors’ offices, pharmacy shops, healthcare professionals etc. Facilitate information sessions for clients and partners on Reload products, providing detailed information on benefits and usage of Reload products. Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with clients and healthcare institutions, partners, etc. Maintain detailed knowledge about the healthcare industry, competitor’s product and Reload products. Prepare sales reports on set targets. Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company. Attend trade fairs, conferences, workshops etc. to promote Reload products. Provide after sales support services, including responding to product queries and complaints
Requirement(s)
Bachelor's degree in either Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred. Proven experience in Medical Sales or related field. Strong knowledge of medical products and healthcare industry with ability to understand and explain complex medical terms to clients. Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in medical sales, preferably in pharmaceuticals, nutrition health or FMCG Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Pharmaceutical and Nutrition Health industry. Ability to understand and explain complex medical information and terminology. Familiar with regulations for Pharmaceutical and Nutrition Health industry in Ghana. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to prepare medical sales report. Excellent planning, organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and a part of a team. Person with high integrity and good work ethics. Ability to demonstrate positive attitude toward work. Strong analytical and research skills. Excellent communication skills. Excellent planning, organizational and interpersonal skills. Excellent influencing and negotiation skills. Excellent Presentation and Report writing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Proficiency in Sales and CRM software and tools.
