Summary The Senior Account Manager will play a key role in supporting the management of client accounts, handling or assisting with campaign executions, and contributing to the overall success of our clients' digital marketing initiatives. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and industry trends to develop and execute strategic digital marketing plans that drive results. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing. Oversee the day-to-day management of client accounts, including project management, campaign optimization, performance tracking, and reporting. Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, sales, strategy, digital and technical teams, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of client projects. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients on digital marketing initiatives, including campaign strategies, budget allocations, and performance improvement opportunities. Monitor industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for clients and drive continuous innovation and improvement. Act as a mentor and leader for junior account management team members, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. Conduct quality control checks to review and revise content for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with project objectives and client expectations.
Requirement(s)
Hard Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on account management and client services. Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns and driving measurable results for clients. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and tools, including but not limited to Google Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Zoho etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal teams. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve excellence. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and delivering value for clients. Agile to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
