BUGGY DRIVERS (Mobility Support Drivers)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate buggies within designated pathways in facilities. 2. Safely transport individuals with limited mobility or special needs. 3. Offer assistance during boarding and alighting. 4. Ensure vehicle cleanliness and battery levels. 5. Provide courteous interaction and answer guest inquiries. 6. Follow speed limits and safety protocols. 7. Report technical or operational issues promptly.
Requirement(s)
1. Valid driving license (light vehicle preferred; buggy certification a plus). 2. Minimum 1 year of driving experience, ideally in a hospitality or customer-service setting. 3. Physically fit to assist guests as needed. 4. Knowledge of facility layout and guest service protocol. 5. Good interpersonal and communication skills. 6. Basic English or Arabic required.
