Job Description
Job Summary: The Civil Charge Hand (Foreman) is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of construction workers engaged in civil works such as excavation, concreting, masonry, formwork, and general site preparation. The role includes ensuring work is carried out according to approved drawings, safety standards, and within project timelines. The Charge Hand acts as a key link between site workers and the supervisory team, ensuring productivity and adherence to quality standards.
Requirement(s)
1. Passport 2. CV 3. School Certificate 4. Higher National Diploma / NVTI / NABPTEX in Civil Engineering 5. Experience in maintenance / fit-out, construction activities in Masonry, Carpentry.
