Duty Manager
Job Description
Provide a visible management presence while on duty • Direct and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety • Conduct briefing for all staff during the night shift • Act as manager on duty for the hotel in the absence of the Front Office Manager dealing with complaints, problem-solving, disturbances, special requests and any other issues that may arise • Manage the night shift in the department ensuring all employees perform the tasks assigned to them and coordinate from office activities with other departments
Requirement(s)
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, hospitality or related courses • Minimum of 5 or more years of experience in similar position • Good communication and organizational skills • General Administrative • Experience in 4/5 star hotel • PMS knowledge - EZEE/OPERA • Ability to multitask
