Job Description
Monitoring Marketing Trends • Developing pricing strategies, implement dynamic revenue strategies that maximize revenue potential while remaining competitive • Analyzing booking Data by reviewing historical data and analyze occupancy rates and booking trends to predict future market demand and optimize room inventory • Forecasting revenue by providing accurate forecasting and yield management projections to support budgeting and strategic planning. • Managing distribution channels, perform channel management to ensure consistent pricing across various channels, including the hotel's website, online travel agencies (OTAs), global distribution systems (GDS) and other booking platforms
Requirement(s)
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related courses • Minimum of 5 or more years experience in similar position • Experience in 4/5 star hotel • PMS knowledge - EZEE/OPERA • Ability to multitask
