Requirement(s)
• Previous experience as a chef, cook, or food vendor (experience with fried rice & shawarma preferred) • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation rules • Ability to work efficiently in a small, fast-paced food truck environment • Passion for cooking and creativity • Reliability and a positive attitude
