WAREHOUSE HELPERS
Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Load and unload goods from trucks and containers. Assist with receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming stock. Pick, pack, and label orders accurately based on pick lists or instructions. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse. Move inventory manually or with equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified). Assist in inventory counts and stock checks. Follow safety procedures and report any unsafe conditions or incidents to supervisors. Support warehouse staff and supervisors in daily operations as needed.
Requirement(s)
Job Requirements: Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, but not always required). Previous experience in warehouse or manual labor is a plus, but not required. Skills & Competencies: Physical stamina and strength – ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Basic math skills for counting and checking inventory. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Good time management and organizational skills. Other Requirements: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods. Punctual and dependable.
